At Optimum Health & Wellness, we believe mental health care should go deeper than managing symptoms. It should nurture your whole self. Our approach blends psychiatry with functional and integrative methods like lab optimization and LENS Neurofeedback, helping uncover the root causes that impact your well-being.
We understand the unique challenges of busy professionals, first responders, military personnel, and healthcare providers. These are people who give tirelessly of themselves. Here, you will find a safe and supportive space where your mental health is prioritized with the same dedication you give to others.
Through thoughtful medication management, personalized treatment plans, and holistic wellness strategies, we are here to guide you toward balance, clarity, and lasting resilience.

A new patient appointment is an hour. Follow up appointments are 20 minutes unless more time is needed.
First, a detailed history is obtained. We use the DSM 5 guidelines to provide you with the most accurate diagnosis along with your history.
Your initial appointment's main goal is to get a history on you. We will also go over what symptoms you are experiencing. We will discuss what medication may be appropriate for you and then devise a treatment plan for you. We will review the amount of time for the next follow up, possible medication side effects, and other strategies to help improve your mood such as referral for psychotherapy.
